How can I request product-related documents such as MSDS, certificates, or test reports?
The MSDS and various product certificates differ depending on the model, specifications, and delivery channel. To protect confidentiality and customer information, these documents are provided only to customers who purchased through LG Energy Solution headquarters or authorized distributors. If you require these documents, please contact your sales representative or distributor for assistance. To ensure safe product use and accurate information, please make requests only through official distribution channels.

How can I obtain detailed specifications for cells or modules?
Technical data for battery cells and modules can be provided only after internal review, once details such as application, purpose, form factor, and required specifications have been clearly identified. Some information may be restricted due to confidentiality. When submitting a request, please include as much specific detail as possible regarding intended use and required specifications.

Can I request or purchase a small quantity of battery cells/modules for research or testing purposes?
LG Energy Solution supplies lithium-ion battery cells only to industrial customers, such as battery pack or system manufacturers. To ensure safe handling and prevent accidents, we do not sell individual cells (e.g., 18650) to private consumers or for research or personal use. We also strongly discourage purchasing LG Energy Solution cells through e-commerce channels.

Can I purchase a home ESS?
LG Energy Solution manufactures and supplies lithium-ion battery cells exclusively to industrial customers, such as battery pack and system manufacturers. To ensure safe handling and prevent accidents related to lithium-ion cell or pack use, the company does not sell individual lithium-ion cells (e.g., 18650) to private consumers.

Is it possible to purchase LFP batteries?
LG Energy Solution currently manufactures pouch-type LFP batteries exclusively for ESS applications. LFP batteries for other purposes are not available for purchase at this time.

How can I request a quotation for ESS installation?
LG Energy Solution is a supplier of ESS batteries but does not provide complete ESS installations. Therefore, we are unable to offer quotations for full ESS systems.

LG Energy Solution operates ESS battery service centers in key regions. Please contact your nearest service center or the distributor from which the product was purchased for support and assistance.
