  • Material / Cell Development

    • Design and apply binders, conductive agents, current collectors, and other materials in addition to the four key raw materials
    • Synthesize and analyze organic/inorganic materials and study the properties of metallic/polymer materials
    • Design final cell products and develop next-generation battery technologies, battery introduction, and process technologies
  • R&D Planning / Management

    • Strategic and planning tasks involving the development of R&D strategies and the review and management of project technologies

    • Design battery module/pack products and develop component technologies and parts

    • Improve processes, production, and quality using AI and big data technologies

    • Develop and Strengthen domestic/foreign patents strategy

    • Develop App/Web, Cloud Data Platform, MLOps Platform and IoT Devices

    • Design and develop optimized electrical connections and protection systems for cell, pack, and rack-level designs
    • Design and develop optimal system hardware to ensure batteries deliver expected performance
