The Compliance Program (CP) is an internal compliance system established and operated by companies to proactively prevent violations of fair trade laws. It includes the CEO’s commitment to compliance, the designation of a compliance officer responsible for program operations, monitoring systems for detecting potential violations, fair trade compliance training, and the publication of a compliance program handbook.
