      (Institute of Battery Technology)

      This course provides foundational knowledge of batteries—from basic principles and production processes to business structure and industry trends—enabling employees to build the core expertise required for roles in manufacturing and R&D.

    • On-the-Job Mentoring

      After joining their teams, new employees are paired with experienced colleagues for 1:1 mentoring. This program enhances practical understanding, strengthens workplace belonging, and supports a stable transition and sustained early growth.
